Cancellation Policy
Truly Pampered Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. To respect the time of our stylists, technicians, and other guests, we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
-Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will incur a 50% service fee.
-No-Call, No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
